I've received a reminder letter, what should I do?

This reminder letter is sent in respect of offences detected by a speed camera to inform the offender that they are liable for a fine, which has now been increased, and that the initial fixed fine, which was sent to the address shown on the vehicle registration certificate at the time of the offence, was returned to us by the postal service as "undeliverable".

This can happen if, for example, you forgot to declare a change of address. If this is indeed the case, the increase can be cancelled provided you update your vehicle registration certificate. However you will still have to pay the initial amount of the fixed fine, or face another surcharge.
