I've been charged several times for a fine. How can I get refunded?
You can apply for a refund if:
Your case has been dismissed by the Public Prosecution Officer;
There have been two payments;
You have paid more than the amount of the fine.
To do this, you need to provide the following items:
The original letter from the Public Prosecution Officer dismissing the case
Proof of payment (e.g. bank statement excerpts, proof of payment, etc.);
Your bank details
A photocopy of the relevant fixed penalty notice.
