Proof of payment and refunds
I've paid my post-parking fee and would like to receive proof of payment. How can I do this? You can request proof of payment on the
websiteYou will need to enter the online payment and control key numbers, as well as the first 4 characters of the vehicle's registration plate.
Payment proof will be shown on the screen: you can download it, print it, or send it by email.
I want to be refunded for the post-parking fee that I paid. How can I do that?
To request a refund you will need to send a "compulsory prior administrative appeal" to the local authority that issued the post-parking fee, and whose contact details are shown on the payment notice, within one month of receiving the notice.
If this deadline is missed, you must lodge an appeal with the Paid Parking Tribunal (Tribunal du Stationnement Payant or TSP).
