You will need to fill in the number of the fixed penalty notice, your last name or the business name if it is a company, the date of the notice, then validate the captcha (security code at the end of the form).

This will save you the cost of posting a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt as well as the cost of printing the supporting documents requested.
