How can I be sure that my appeal has been taken into account?

If you have made an appeal, either online or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, you can follow the progress of your claim by consulting your online offence record. Fill in the 3 required fields:

• Fixed penalty notice reference number;

• Date of fixed penalty notice or date sent;

• Last name, or company name if it is a company;

• then validate the captcha (security code at the end of the form).
