My bank account was debited directly, what should I do?
If you do not pay your fine or do not appeal against it within the set time limit, the Public Treasury may use a third-party debt order.
This procedure allows the Treasury to be paid by a third party who holds money belonging to you (e.g. your bank, employer, pension fund).
You can request a non-contentious remission by stating your situation to the Treasury which notified you of the debt order, and by sending them documents to support your case.
