What does the Automated Traffic Enforcement Treasury do?
The Automated Traffic Enforcement Treasury (Trésorerie du Contrôle Automatisé or TCA) is responsible for recovering all increased fixed fines, third-party debt orders, orders to pay, and oppositions to the transfer of vehicle registration certificates issued for offences resulting solely from automated controls (e.g. speed cameras, red light cameras, etc.).
It refunds deposits when an appeal is accepted by the Public Prosecution Officer.
