How do I appeal an increased fixed fine?
You have 90 days to appeal it, either:
By post, filling in the "appeal form" that you received with your increased fine, together with the supporting documents requested.
For your appeal to be admissible, you must then send it by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of the processing department shown in the "Practical procedures for appealing" section.
