How do you appeal your fine?
If you do not acknowledge the offence, there are two ways to appeal against it:
Online via the ANTAI website.
By registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, sent with the required supporting documents, and the blue "exemption request form" that you received with the notice. All of this will need to be posted to the Public Prosecution Officer whose address is at the bottom right of the 1st page of the notice.
